      Erschenen Jenneken Keeminck, weduwe en boedelholdersche van wijlen Jan Luessinck voor haer en als moeder ende mombersche van haer kinderen bij haeren man voornoemt ehelick verweckt, en heeft ten overstaen van den voocht Gerrit Jan Calff haeren hier toe verleenden mumboir den Anthoni Colenbrander bester gestalt rechtent tot voorkoominge vande kosten vrijwillich gecedeert, en als volkoomen verwonnen overgegeven haer Huijs en HOff neffens haere gerede en vordere effecten inde willekeur van den 11 Decemb. 1695 uijtgedruckt in Dinxperloe notoirlick geleegen, en hebbende voor soodaene 150 glns 5 st. hollantsch ende costen ad 4 gl: 4 st: als sij aen gemelten Kolenbrander uijt kracht van gerichtelicke willekeur vanden 11 dito Decemb. 1795 schuldich is voorbeholtlick de redemptie nae Lantrechte beloevende vande voorschreven gecedeerde perceelen in die jaeren van redemptie aen Calenbrander jaerlicx voor huere te betaelen 7 gl 14 st: Hollantsch, en daer beneffens de verpondinge en andere lasten daer van te lasten ende te betaelen Alles sonder argelist des sij? cum tutore stipuland, neemende voornoemden Calenbrander aen dat wanneer sij Compte. off haere kinderen deese boovenstaende summe met de huer restitueren willen, dat sulx haer ten allen tijden nae verloop der jaeren van redemptie sall vrij staen.
